Shipping and Order Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an estimated 7–12 business days, excluding processing time and any applicable additional production time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual timeframes may vary because of the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Orders may ship through fulfillment partners or third-party logistics providers, and shipping origins may vary depending on inventory and destination.

Available tracking details will normally be sent in a shipping confirmation email after dispatch.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team. We will review the available information and assist with appropriate next steps.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a return, contact our customer support team before sending the product back. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Returned items must meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

After an authorized return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional bank or payment-provider processing time may apply.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an eligible product for personal preference or a change of mind.
