Making Changes After Checkout
I placed an order. Can I still update or cancel it?
If you've changed your mind or noticed an error in your order, email our support team promptly. We'll check how far your order has progressed and determine whether the requested adjustment can still be made.
Orders already being prepared for fulfillment or handed over for shipping may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.
Following Your Delivery
Where can I find updates on my shipment?
When your package is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation to your email address. If tracking is available, the message will contain the information needed to check your package's journey.
Can't locate the tracking details or having trouble viewing updates? Send us your order number, and we'll help you look into it.
How long does delivery usually take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49.00 or more within the United States.
For orders below $49.00, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Express shipping and any other applicable shipping charges are also shown before payment is completed.

When Something Isn't Right
My delivery has a problem. What should I do first?
If your package contains a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, let us know by email. Include your order number, explain what happened, and attach clear pictures of the affected product and packaging where applicable.
